Cancellations (24 Hour Notice):
Please do not schedule sessions if you are unsure if you will be able to make them.
There is NO CHARGE for the first missed session (one per calendar year).
Scheduled sessions must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
If notice is received with less than a day’s notice but more than 4 hours notice, a ½ session will be charged.
If notice has not been received within 4 hours of the scheduled session, a full session will be charged.
I will make every effort to make it on time for scheduled sessions, but fair is fair. Should I not cancel within 24 hours, you will be credited the same as above. Credits will go towards the next session.
Is there a minimum? No. Scheduling a weekly session is recommended to hold your session time, but missing more than one weekly session will result in stand-by status.
Hours? Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 6:00pm, Sat 9:00am - 3:00pm
All sessions are at my home in Cartersville or online (typically Zoom).

- There will NOT be tutoring on Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter, and Spring Breaks unless agreed upon in advance.
